Lemon cream

The seasons change and summer is coming. The weather is good, the sun is shining generously, inviting everyone to to enjoy life to the fullest. It is time for something fresh, sweet and cheerful.
Lemon is known for its rich amount of vitamin C, but if you are tired of putting it only into your tea, you can try this recipe of lemon cream. In this creative way, you will make every child like it and ask for more. And adults too, although they may not want to confess.
How to make
Whisk the sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice and put the mixture on the stove. Once homogenised, add the chunks of butter. Stir well, on high heat, until melted. When it thickens, replace the whisk with a spatula and add the milk. Once thickened, cool, covered with foil, first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator.
Mix the cooking cream with the powdered sugar. Add the sugar after the cream has frothed. Mix the two creams gently by adding the lemon mix into the cream.

150 g. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tb. sps lemon juice
80 g. butter
150 ml. milk
200 g. cooking cream
3 tb. sp. powdered sugar
