Cauliflower and broccoli temptation
The recipes published here are seasonal and are part of our menu and the dishes can be tested at Botanica Guest House in Nadarevo. In addition, we would like to share these recipes with you so that you can prepare and enjoy them at home.
In the following recipe we present you a seasonal dish with broccoli and cauliflower - some of the vegetables we grow in the gardens of Botanica Life Foundation.
Antioxidants and fibers in broccoli are helping control the level of blood sugar.The sulforaphane, which is contained in cauliflower, helps the detoxification of the body and aids digestion. A unique combination which is not only delicious but also extremely healthy.
How to make
After washing the broccoli and cauliflower, split them into small pieces and arrange them in a baking tray. Add the crumbled blue or green cheese, vegetable oil, salt, and mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 30 minutes until the vegetables soften. Then add the soft /cream cheese, black pepper and shredded yellow cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes (approximately). When the top layer turns golden or brownish color, it is ready to be served.

600 grams of cauliflower
600 grams of broccoli
100 grams of crumbled blue or green cheese
100 grams of soft/cream cheese
200 grams of grated yellow cheese
50 milliliters of vegetable oil
Black pepper
Salt
