Students from the Special Education Support Center in Targovishte visited Botanica Life Foundation gardens for practical training. A total of 11 children attending the school and participating in the school’s gardening workshop, took part in our autumn campaign to clean up the garden and prepare it for the winter season. Hard working and agile, the students helped us collect all the stubble, wire and wooden pooles, preparing the ground for further cultivation. On the next day, the helpers were involved in taking out and collecting the Jerusalem artichoke tubers (earth apple). The children showed a lot of knowledge and skills in the preparation and cultivation of the earth and lifted the team spirit with their humor and positivism.

We thank the students and their teachers for the assistance and hope that the fruitful partnership between the two organizations will continue, with a focus on the future of the children.
