At the beginning of October, students from the Professional High School of Agriculture of Targovishte and a representative of a protected house in the town, implemented their vocational training at Botanica Life gardens. They followed the whole process of production of the delicious and healthy sorghum syrup, which we have been preparing for a second year. Under the guidance of the foundation's team, our skillful assistants walked the whole way from harvesting the sorghum, through stripping the leafs from the stem, squeezing the juice and heating it up to achieve the final product. 

They also got involved in preparing the greenhouse for the winter season. The students learned about some not so popular leafy vegetables, such as purslane, rocket and mangold.
