We welcomed another group of young gests from the “Smiles” educational center. Children from first to fourth grade took part in entertaining games and performed well on the botanical quiz our teacher had prepared for them. They learned new things about interesting plant species and got to know the variety of vegetables we had in the garden.

In addition to enjoying the aromatic tea, they also had a bite of the leafy vegetables in the garden, some of which were new to them. There was a lot of work done! All children got involved in sowing beans, onions and sweet corn in the vegetable beds, which they watered carefully.

 

Working in the garden is joy for everyone, both for us and for our guests, and even though our guests were tired, they left for home with smiles.
