In the warm July day, the children from the “Happy Kids House” from the town of Targovishte visited us in the Foundation’s grounds in Nadarevo. It was a day full of enthusiasm, excitement, play and learning. The children, full of joy and energy, had a walk in Botanica Life’s gardens, learned about the vegetables grown there and picked some cucumbers and tomatoes for a healthy outdoor lunch.

The children already have their own vegetable beds in the garden. They sowed beetroot, cucumbers, turnip and cabbage. They learned about the life cycle of plants and what plants need to grow. They had some art activities, rehearsed some plant names in English and learned some new ones.
