The Building of Botanica Life’s Training Facilities has Begun

We set in motion the building of Botanica Life’s new training complex with a lot of enthusiasm. The first training centre for sustainable agriculture for children and young people in Bulgaria will soon be a reality. The “material foundations” of one dream are being laid. We are impatient to see our building project completed and start welcoming children and young people to our magical adventure. Building work should be completed by the end of 2017. Alongside the new build, we are refurbishing our old buildings, kindly provided to the Foundation by the Founder of Botanica Life - Dr Apostol Apostolov.
There is a lot of work ahead of us, both at the building site and in the gardens of the training centre. We are thankful to all who are helping us and who work hand in hand with us to complete this ambitious project. We are excited to see many inspired people around us.
In tune with our beliefs in environment protection, we saved one plum tree which happened to be growing where the new building was going to be and had to be demolished. So, we asked the excavator man to uproot the tree and move it to another location in the garden. Under the careful supervision of our agronomist and farm manager – Peter Petrov – we planted the tree at its new location at the west side of the garden. Now we water it every day and hope that it will like its new home.
