Between 20th and 24th July, we were in the Kingdom of (Nadarevo) plants. We welcomed guests from Sofia and Shumen. The seminar, dedicated to the herbs and led by the phytotherapist Lora Nikolova, turned to be an exciting adventure with diverse acquaintances. Plants, insects, birds, sky, earth, air, water and fire were our natural companions. The connection between them and ourselves was a key for the successful experience.

We also made interesting meals of herbs and other wild plants. We paid special attention to the herbs for the excretory and the nervous systems. We picked and presented creatively herbs growing close by. We prepared tea for the kidneys and a relaxing cushion for better sleep. We made lavender compress for the heart and searched for answers to personal questions in nature. We made experimental mixes for herbal smokes and found out what parts of Sebastian Kneipp’s hydrotherapy we could practice ourselves.

We approached each herb, topic and communication with a smile, curiosity and patience. True inspiration for deeper knowledge and experience with the herbs was created. We look forward to new interesting and fascinating herbal events in Nadаrevo.
